PHOTOGRAPHY EXPOSED

KILOBYTE
A kilobyte, 1000 bytes of data. We are now in the digital age, photography for many, is digital and with it comes new terminology.
A 16 x 12" print mounted on black card with 1 1/2" border. Non digital. Producing a good print is another technique to learn in photography, but uses no data, no kilobytes of storage, its totally analogue. An early photo on route to Holy Island. The horse was added later to add to a well photographed scene. Remember something called a 'flood-filter', this was used to add the reflections from the horses legs to give a sense of realism, the reflections from the poles were already in the photo. Thinking out of the box, going that extra mile, working hard - a winner! The horse was extracted from a photo taken near a field at Scremerston on a different day.
